I stumbled upon your restaurant several years ago while dragging four young boys around the city. We were there on vacation and the boys just had to sample the best of NYC pizza. Joe’s on Bleeker Street – where else?! But just around the corner I found the hidden pearl of gluten free restaurants, yours. A most serendipitous discovery for a gluten free me.
When back in NYC last April, I once again visited Joe’s with some tourists and made the journey around the corner to you. I ordered a pizza, all for myself. And while speaking with the gentleman manning the cash register, told him of my first visit. He most generously gave me cookies and breadsticks to sample. Heaven! The most amazing breadsticks ever! And I did – I ate the entire pizza all by myself!
I will again be back in your great city and most anxiously awaiting another pizza and more of your breadsticks. May I work in your kitchen to learn your secrets? Only for one day… pretty please? See you in October!
